friends-locked

Most of my entries are f-locked; everything remotely personal certainly is.
They’ll probably be a few bandom/fandom exceptions to this rule.
I’m sure you’ll forgive me, I have a real-life stalker, you see.

If you want to be added, just comment this entry. I'll add anyone who hasn’t spent an entire night on my front lawn hoping to catch sight of me. Let me know where(/if) we met too plz.

Call Me Over lyrics

juin. 16e, 2009 | 09:23 pm

Just because some people have been asking, here are the lyrics to Call Me Over from The Attic (sung by Ruthie Henshall here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cJ2pRvr26wo)

There's parties, and restaurants, and love affairs... )

interesting holiday!

mood: in pain like woah. in pain like woah.
music: Nothing!

Let me tell you about my night!
Right so, my ear was really bugging me all the time when I was at the restaurant, but it wasn't that bad, so I had a really fun evening. We got back to the castle later though and went to bed, but I woke up about an hour later and holy crap. It felt like someone had lobbed a fucking brick at the side of my head.
I was all "HOLY SHIT, WHAT DO I DO?!". I have never been in that much pain in my life! Seriously, I was looking around for something to kill myself really quickly with, it was that bad. So yeah, I woke the parents up with the noise of my yelling and smashing me head off the wall (yeah, when you're in that much pain then logic goes out of the window) and I passed out a minute later.

You suddenly realise why living in the middle of nowhere is a bad idea when you have a medical emergency. It was snowing so bloody hard and visibility was down to a metres or so, meaning the air ambulance couldn't come out and it would have taken ages for a normal ambulance to get here. That left the only option being that Dad and Steven drove me to the hospital about 20 miles away. I woke up being piled into the car, it was so fucking scary. The snowflakes were huge and covered the windscreen before the wipers had a chance to get rid of them and when we drove around a corner we skidded off the road, into the barrier then spun around 180 degrees. Now since on either side of the road was a massive drop, it was pretty bloody scary.

It took about 2 hours to get the the hospital and we kept skidding everywhere, and when we finally got there, the place was all locked up. Seriously, since when did hospitals close? Hah, I've lived in the city far too long. It was really odd being one of only two patients in a hospital.

So basically, that's where I spent the night. I'm back at Balmoral now and so drugged up that I can barely function. I'm almost deaf, and people have to shout to get my attention which isn't exactly perfect since any noise hurts like hell.

Right, I need to go and find some food and a bed now...
